#NowPlaying The Who “Live at Leeds”
This is the new 2LP 45rpm 180g AP all analogue cut from the original masters.
Gone is the flimsy-ass file-folder sleeve, and now a beautiful gatefold
It even comes with a packet of cool ephemera.
The downside of 45rpm tho… 2 songs a side. Highly flippy.
But the audio quality is great. Not a lot of live recordings from this era sound good. This not only sounds great, but it’ll get you moving!

@octothorpe@mastodon.online my beloved faves. Got to see them 9 times starting in 1980. I cut my guitar teeth (I guess I made that up) to this album, trying to match Pete’s rhythmic work. I love every note and thump on it.
