@DM_Ronin@mstdn.social @shimminbeg@masto.ai I mean, if you consider that a subset of voters are outright antisemitic and conspiracy theory–addled, and view that side of our present politics as more important than the nativist regressivism, where else might they find a home if not in Restore? Reform, for their many faults, are outwardly supportive of Jews and Israel, something I've personally heard lamented by some folks who otherwise support them. To some voters, that is a deal breaker.
