@CordiallyChloe@tech.lgbt At my previous job, at one point I created my own JIRA workspace (or whatever they're called) and managers weren't allowed to touch it. They were allowed to see it and link to it from their own issues but they weren't allowed to file issues there or even really comment on things. In that workspace, things made sense to me. They were organized by technical features, not customer deliverables. I updated them when it made sense to me and went through once a month or so to make sure I hadn't forgotten anything. No one was allowed to ping an issue for updates besides what was there. It actually worked pretty well. (For me. I'm not sure about management.)
