There's this thing that always repeats in fiction where "everything was peaceful and fine until this particular villain started messing around trying to destroy the world and now we have to kill them so everything goes back to normal" and personally I'm so tired of it. It's the usual anti-change myth to me. Maybe stuff is not alright, maybe we are constantly bombarded with this myth so we are even more scared of change. That's why I like playing villain, at least they are trying to make reality weird yk

  • What the fuck is "the end of the world" anyway, a giant explosion where everyone dies? Maybe the world is a way of doing things, a way of organizing and structuring reality, and destroying it doesn't necessarily mean everyone dies in a literal sense, but in an imaginary sense. Our old lives die and we have to adjust to a new world. That's why all my characters are in some way after their particular end of the world. It's something that happens and is lived in the U3P as another part of life. Except for Side A, people there are not even aware of this lol. But then again it's the side that most resembles Earth's physical world
