I'm so tired... Every day I cook over a fire and the smoke fills my lungs. I'm suffocating and can't breathe. The exhaustion is getting worse, and on top of all that, I can't afford the medication I need... I feel like I'm slowly collapsing. Please, whoever can help, don't hesitate.
