We did some online research on the motherboard, and there have been reports about the same issue as mine, random freezes, while everything works fine. Someone said that it's a VRAM issue not being supplied with proper power.
As we already checked everything else, even with bare minimum and different hardware components, it looks like it may indeed be a motherboard issue, meaning that we have to look for a new one...

Until we get a new motherboard, for a while I will do stuff from my almost-8-years old laptop. It still works well, even though I barely used it due to the desktop since 2022. Although it has small storage, so I can't put many apps on it. It's the computer I was using when I started mapping in OSM. I try to connect more services and websites onto my laptop again, to start doing stuff I was doing earlier, although many notes are on the other computer which I can't access now, so I will not do as much stuff as I hoped to. It's weird how every 4 years a forceful change of computer usage has to occur... since when I got my first computer in 2006
