The ADHD gods decided it is time for another spontaneous side project with a short deadline. I wanna add some more fancy tech to my fursuit head, and with EF around the corner, I better get it done fast.
I already have a good idea of the size of the final board, but since it has to fit inside my rigid head base, it kinda has to curve.

So I had three options: - Get a 0.6mm FR4 PCB, bend it and hope for the best. Probably won't end well. - Get a flex PCB. Probably too unstable for the big parts and connectors. - Make a semiflex board myself by keeping some strips free of copper and parts on the top layer, then milling them down. I decided to test the third option with some scrap boards and, apart from me not really having any experience with milling, I think that's a viable solution!
