I recently switched to subcutaneous injection after doing intramuscular for almost 2 years. I just did my first subq shot today, actually. when I pull the needle out, is there supposed to be so much coming out through the puncture? or did I go at too shallow of an angle? or some other way of messing up?
the carrier oil is MCT rather than caster so it's a bit thinner, if that matters at all. 27G ½ inch needle, also. #trans #transgender #FediHelp #HRT #DIYHRT

@vlpatton@transfem.social Immediately after injection, place light direct pressure on the site for one or two minutes.
