Some mainstream PC hardware manufacturers have computers with pre-installed Linux in their catalogs. Dell started this twenty years ago in 2006. Recently Lenovo has taken even more radical steps towards Linux, mainly for economical and customer satisfaction reasons.

There are some small PC manufacturers that only build Linux PCs. Perhaps the oldest and most well-known is U.S.-based System 76. In Europe there is Tuxedo (Germany), Star Labs (UK) and Slimbook (Spain) that all provide "Linux first" computers. 12/21 #linux #system76 #tuxedo #starlabs #slimbook
