The only problem I see with a 3 term limit is there’s always the possibility of having an exceptional politician having to step down when they still have much more to offer. Particularly in the case of most MPs needing at least 2 terms in parliament before having the experience to run for PM.
For example Chloe Swarbrick would not be eligible to run in this election.
