It's both an attitude problem AND a structural one. People who can't/don't perform are made to lose education, work, therefore money, therefore housing and food. Sleeping on sidewalks or begging for survival are not restful, I can attest to that. We know capitalism sucks. It's in christianity too (sloth is a deathly sin you guys STRAIGHT TO HELL) and has seeped into general society from there, forcibly exported all over the world through colonialism and imperialism. #UBI now!
