America: We're building a new mall and some old building is in the way and we need to tear it down right now with extreme prejudice.
Australia: We're building a new mall and some old building is in the way and I know what I'm about to say is crazy but hear me out. (Builds mall around old building and turns it into a museum, tops it all with glass dome.)
