One of the newer workers is a reader of books and an enjoyer of bad jokes for readers. So among other things we have reached silent agreement that one of our customers is only to be addressed in-store as "The Scottish Inmate" (despite the fact that I'm pretty sure James Doohan is more Scottish than said inmate) and if anyone mentions said inmate's actual name we mock spit, genuflect, etc. #PrisonSubContractLife
