The internet monopolist in our area just raised the price from US$90 to US$100. An 11% price increase without any notice because "fuck you, we can, customer". This is for a meager 500 down/20 up connection; internet only, nothing else. One hundred bloody bucks. But yeah, "I'd rather have a private plan", capitalism, free markets, murrica, yada-yada... tough luck when there's no competition. #Spectrum #Internet #ISP #Inflation
