@xxv@mastodon.social Very cool. When I was a kid, my uncle painted all of the planets, the moon, and stars on the walls of my play room with glow in the dark paint (with a dark blue background) and my mom put a black light in the ceiling fixture.

@McD1979@mastodon.social that's wonderful! What a cool uncle. Every kid needs that kind of positive influence in their life. As a kid my parents put up outer space wallpaper right in the nook where I put my bed. No doubt their encouragement if my interests helped shape me quite a bit 💖
