There were some small plastic fences, police officers or cars here & there, but even after so many previous vehicle attacks on events in the EU, very few actual blockades. Honestly I expected at least simple concrete blocks on the entry points. Really seemed ill prepared for an event with hundreds of thousands in attendance.
