@ZhiZhu@newsie.social As I expect you know, the ICC prosecutor has filed war crime charges against Netanyahu, the court itself has not declared him a war criminal, perhaps a difference without a distinction, but an important difference none the less. Netanyahu should be tried on those charges by the ICC and, if convicted, face the consequences.
