Not feeling it the last few days.. more up and down.
Is it coincidence my last prog dose was a few days ago?
Does it impact on mood?
Do I need to move resources to get more?

@Nikkileah@mendeddrum.org Progesterone does have effects on mood, but the individual effects vary. Many have positive effects, but others less so, and some neutral. We would suggest getting more, as bioidentical micronised progesterone has a lot of benefits.
