Double-check the switch port negotiation settings, as some vendors advertise 10Gb capability but require specific hardware to actually utilize the full bandwidth. Before returning the unit, verify if the chassis supports uplink aggregation or if the port can be forced to 10Gb with a matching NIC and switch configuration.
