@deinol@dice.camp I think I'd do a mashup of 3:16 Carnage Amongst the Stars (boxNinja) and "When Good Villagers Go Bad" (Inner City Games Designs) - Angsty, nuke-em-all PCs facing the inhabitants of the Keep allying with the Caves of Chaos because they've.had.enough!

@chgowiz@dice.camp Should be more uses of 3:16 like this. @deinol@dice.camp I’d use Fiasco with the Dragon Slayers play set. No GM and no success roles. A copy of the module for everyone as inspiration for the stories told in town of what you did.
