@deprecated_ii@poa.st @ArdainianRight@detroitriotcity.com @BroDrillard@nicecrew.digital When Judge Alsup ruled that the books in that Anthropic case were considered format-shifting because the originals were mulched, I posted to the effect that this was providing/confirming a perverse incentive to destroy rare originals. I am angry that I was right.
