:boost_request: 80/130 to cover meds and basic expenses? Only $50 left go go; today is the last day of my partner's safe food. Please share if you can ❤️ Edit: I had to up the goal, because Canada decided that I should have a tax debt repaid at the exact same time that I get paid. So I'm already down 56 dollars. The goal had to go up from 80 to 130, to recoup some of that loss. My partner is due for a refill on two of hers soon, and I need to pay for my own as well. (I'm going off T, and need birth control to help manage some issues that will come with that) See my pinned post for a better explanation of where we're at financially/situationally, but the short version is that I've been unemployed since January. My partner and I are both trans, and we have several currently-unresolvable physical and mental health issues. Until we get back on our feet, those health issues will continue to remain unresolved. (I had to up the goal from 80 to 130, because Canada decided that I should have a tax debt repaid at the exact same time that I got paid. So if you're wondering how $50 evaporated: yep.) My partner is due for a refill on two of her meds (should be available tomorrow). We were able to get enough food for the next ~4 days, pay rent and bills, and pay for my meds. I have $6 in my account now. $130 gets her med refill, her safe food+drinks, and basic hygiene stuff (soap, toilet paper) until we next get paid. See my pinned post for a better explanation of where we're at financially/situationally, but the short version is that I've been unemployed since January. My partner and I are both trans, and we have several currently-unresolvable physical and mental health issues. Until we get back on our feet, those health issues will continue to remain unresolved.
