@Spoofer3@infosec.exchange One of the things that Zettelkasten-style people seem to do is cherish links to non-obvious nodes, links that tie two not-obviously-relevant ideas together. As you browse a Zettelkasten with idea X in mind, connections to weirdo ideas Y, Z can spark “Aha!” moments.
Since my whole schtick for 30+ years has been talking about what outlier topic X suggests about programming, that appeals to me. (1/2)

This is pretty similar to browsing a physical library or card catalog: it’s loosely organized along some criterion, but there will be quite different books closely clustered, and it’s weird how often the book you needed wasn’t the book you were looking for, but a neighbor.
