I keep remembering a line sung by Dudley Moore circa 1980s BBC End-of-Year tape (blooper tape) where he adlibbed through a song at the piano he was playing... "Laugh? We nearly shat. We haven't laughed so much since grandma got her left tit caught in the mangle."
