I don’t give a fuck if your AI bullshit is “on device”… you’re still taking video and photos of *other people who did not give you prior consent* Now, in the US, this is actually kinda messy. Historically, photographers didn’t need your permission to photograph you in a public place… but 1, this is different because it’s not simply a photo, and 2, not every space is public even if the public may occupy the space.
