PSA: in the northern hemisphere, there's currently a massive oversupply of potatoes, to the point where mutual aid groups are diverting literal truckloads from going to landfills, and giving them away to anyone who wants them. The one in Denver is tomorrow morning and they have 21 tons to give away. Other cities have similar arrangements.
