@Nickiquote@mstdn.social Ouch. I can sympathise. I used to regularly go over on my right ankle with the slightest lateral movement, and a few times it was so painful I saw stars. Turns out I'd snapped lateral ligaments aged about seven and finally got it fixed 40 years later. I've not gone over on it once in the last 13 years (touch wood...)
