Are you getting your Hug needs met? *Most* people need at least 4 Huga A Day just for simple survival. Yikes. 😳😬 It's no wonder so many folks are going off the rails! My desired number of Hugs, calculated in previous decades, was 16. Today, I welcome as many *sincere and mutual* Hugs as come my way, buuuuut I no longer have a conscious specific number in mind. I also realise that I wasn't Nurtured as a child in the ways I needed; ab*sed, traumatised, not supported, and all boundaries were non-existent and oppressive control were ever-present, in childhood to early adulthood; and I currently do not have the support system my person requires. ♡Note to Spawn: The above sentiments do not apply to You, My Love, for You are my only support, only current offerer of hugs, and needn't concern yourself with whether or not you do or should or could do anything differently, or that this is a veiled plea for anything more from You! (it's not.) You are the brightest Light in my life.♥︎
