@DarthSn3ak3rs@infosec.exchange Finding out what you're dealing with is a huge thing.
I wasn't diagnosed with ADHD until my 30s and it changed my life for the better. I couldn't hold a job, because I'd get SO BORED after "mastering" it quickly and running out of growth opportunities and learning.
All of the issues that you have suddenly make sense and you can learn mitigation tools, coping mechanisms (HEALTHY ONES), etc.
Knowing what you're fighting is big. I will always stand by that.

@DarthSn3ak3rs@infosec.exchange Since my diagnosis and subsequent treatments (cognitive and medicine) it has made it better, but it doesn't get rid of it. You just know what you're dealing with and I can't stress enough how much of a difference it makes rather than wondering "Why am I like this?"
