Yes, it's true. "US to fund free speech initiatives in Europe, Trump official says" (which means AfD, Reform UK, Sverigedemokraterna).
And all of public administration and political parties are run on Microsoft and Google in Sweden. Why? "Because there are no alternatives" and "The market has spoken". So it's fully accessible to US intelligence when they're tasked with aiding the far right.
