It‘s a simple fact that in German jurisdiction (which is where the e.V. operates) we have bona fides: „immediate“ means that there is no delay in activation of the decision, but there *is* diligence in enforcement: just like a bank cannot deplatform you immediately*, you get 2-4 weeks notice or #codeberg is in breach of BGB. * Unless there is force majeure, of course.
