What are your "must visits" breweries in Toronto, Montreal and Quebec? I'm going for quality not quantity and right now on my bucket list are Bellwoods, Messorem, Nano Cinco, and Noctem.
I would love to hear about maybe some local spots that are maybe not that known in Europe
