Report: Trump threatens jail sentences of up to 20 years for sharing evidence of Israeli crimes with the sanctioned ICC & for "working with Palestinian human rights groups targeted by US restrictions."
A lawsuit against the move "asks the court to declare that the sanctions violate the First Amendment rights to freedom of speech & association & exceed the president’s powers under federal law."
