Rich Hickey's famous "Open Source Is Not About You" https://gist.github.com/richhickey/1563cddea1002958f96e7ba9519972d9 is an interesting start that deconstructs some of the *current* dysfunctional status quo, but while "fuck you, I won't do what you tell me" is an excellent outro lyric, it's not a solid basis for the foundation of a community of mutual benefit
