I really wish there was a way that I could rename android applications... Or, even just give them an alias.
I mean, how the fuck are we supposed to remember what the fuck all of these things are?
I don't give a fuck about your fucking Internet brand. I just want to find the fucking app for dental insurance, or my fucking bank account, or the app for my fucking door locks.
Ugh.

@minego@pdx.social Total agreement, esp when the name bears no relationship to what it actually does. * related whinge: The overwhelming majority of the icons on my particular setup are blue. Being able to customise individual ones to avoid confusion? That would be great thanks.

@minego@pdx.social I think most custom Android launchers let you rename home screen shortcuts. Or just put them in folders and name the folder something that makes more sense.
