@alexanderbird@mstdn.ca Too bad it's substantially incorrect. If you have to lie to make a case, you don't have a case. If you need to exaggerate or make emotive appeals because your actual case lacks merit, you don't have a case. It's a tool. Obviously it's not going anywhere. It's a very immature technology which is seeing rather irrational early adoption inappropriately but that's hardly it's fault. We can thank the last century of science fiction for wildly placing peoples expectations so badly.
