The Pardon Power is delegated to the President in the US Constitution Article II Section 3. No other branch of the government has anything to say about it period, that is unless Congress decides to impeach him for it. Another false idea that's going around is that Trump can give all his people a pardon for crimes they may have committed during his administration. That's BULLSHIT too! A Presidential pardon can only be granted to an individual that has been charged and CONVICTED of a Federal crime! Bluesky is heavily encrusted with Blueshit!
