@neurovagrant@masto.deoan.org 💯 - I do watch Ambulance (in the UK), and see how hard the dispatchers work, how difficult understanding and interpreting the calls is. As you say, how they discern some of what it really going on, what is really needed. I have used AI in my work, and so often I have to correct it or clarify what I need. It only works when the user provides some of the intelligence. Using that in something like this - absolutely no.
