We looked and his phone was half system files and half photos/videos. I showed him how to delete longass videos but they were mostly ones he wanted (Five minutes of x-country skiing) so I said come back next week with his laptop and we'd move everything off of it. As I'm helping him, Susan is sort of eavesdropping trying to learn things about her own phone (she has a bad memory, maybe some cognitive issues) and I had to tell her that what worked for his phone wouldn't necessarily work on hers
