But the attitude I detect is part of not finding / working on a #solution (yes we work in the system but while slowly-but-surely slow it down).
Not doing that seems to have the 'why bother' when even as side-gesture it can get us there over time and straighten the tree.
So at least do less or have less children (that is 1 measured to avoid them becoming as helpless as us).
It's a waste of energy both ways, but one leaves life with principles and better struggle.

@collective_truth@mastodon.social But you also understand what people may be doing here in Mastodon, or online anywhere else, for that matter, may well be completely different to how they live their real lives, right? Gosh, your ability to assume people don't care, don't do shit, won't help others, can't be bothered for anything, etc. is staggering! What's triggering that? Your own personal experience?
