I think we do have plenty of people "already there" (in my eyes) and "made it" as far as #software, #tools and having enough #fans, a #tribe, #following etc -
But somehow the people-loving side or ironically communication sides are still the vital Tetris piece missing from all these below!

@collective_truth@mastodon.social Have you ever asked them what their motivations & incentives are for having built what they have built up? Perhaps you're having far too many high hopes on certain folks whose incentives are completely different to yours and what you're aiming at. We can't expect people to jump in to something that may well not be in their own radar to want to do something about it for whatever the reason. That's what I was referring to earlier about finding your own tribe. They do that, too.
