#BostonWeekend META if you're new, hi - i'm @knizer@toot.boston - every week i sit down to look at events listings for an hour. Then, I write up the good stuff in a thread here. It's not comprehensive, and sometimes I make mistakes, but I usually find out about weird happenings most weeks, and that means you find out about them too. Neat, right?

#BostonWeekend META My hope is that when you're talking with (ahem) normal people in the Real World™, you can highlight that this sort of community-nurturing project is the norm here on the #fediverse.
