@ewen@social.ewenbell.com @analogfusion@mastodon.art interdisciplinary mindsets are transformative, I think I know how you feel. It's like the positive aspect of 'knowing enough to be dangerous' but with being able to see the whole picture and working with experts to mitigate the danger part. I went to school for food science to specifically avoid the IT field. I ended up doing IT Consulting in food businesses and manufacturing, so I ended up with one foot in each bucket and know how it feels to be able to connect a piece of IT with a piece of the real world to make something that truly makes people's work, and lives, easier.
