@aardvark@ioc.exchange @drahardja@sfba.social Didn't read the details of how the arbitrator(s) are chosen in the revised BaT TOS but . . If it's a 3 person panel, which is the best approach iMO, each party (defendant & plaintiff) chooses an arbitrator & the 3rd impartial (not chosen by either) to create a 3 person panel. If only a single arbitrator is used, then they both should be required to agree on who that is. If only BaT gets to choose a single arbitrator, then obviously would be unfair to the plaintiff.
