Tornadoes in Iceland are very rare, but this strong curve of cloud connected with a distant column that seemed to be spinning.
The coffee colour of the water was due to glacial flour, and the deep ripples in the lake show how windy it was.
November: Kárahnjúkar Hydropower Plant in Fljótsdalshérað. Looking across Hálslón reservoir towards Sandfell island - which was a 678 metre mountain - and Vatnajökull glacier, south-eastern Iceland.
