@Tijn@dosgame.club @janbeta@chaos.social I moderate the Nikon subreddit, where we have a No AI rule. Someone yesterday posted a link to their github where they vibe coded some app that connects to Nikon cameras, which I then removed. The guy lost it in modmail, posted his story on some AI-focused subreddit, cross-posted it to /r/enshittification (0 votes) and a couple of other subreddits that no one upvoted it on, but the AI subreddit he posted got a handful of votes. He then plugged his free "scientific paper" about AI that's hosted on Substack (I doubt he wrote that) in the comments.
