It is very fun to get to read the words of a friend when they are an author of a book.

Yes, I teared up near the end. Yes, I had to keep reading to find out what happens next. Yes, the main character's mile-a-minute anxious worrying is a little too familiar.
It helps to know which actor she based the male lead on, because then I can picture his face and mannerisms. 🤭
I just wish we had a little bit of HIS narrative, especially when they first meet at the airport. 😊

By the same author that got me back to reading - and was why I bought this e-reader in the first place. Mu Su Li has great characters. Grumpy, annoying, self-centered, self-effacing, smart, dull... And great heart. The dragon in this book is so impatient and indignant at his sudden downgrade to barely human. He is funny to listen to as he gripes. #Panguan was the previous book by #MuSuLi we read during #PGReadalong last year. #CopperCoins #danmei
