@hexmaniacmarcy@gaygeek.social (I am referring to *The Sevii Islands* from Pokémon FireRed/LeafGreen, remakes of the original Gen-1 R/B/G/Y games from the mid-1990s, that arrived in the mid-2000s after the 2002/2004 releases of R/S/E. The Anime's *Orange Archipelago* equivalent in *The Games.* And while I haven't watched new anime since my teen years - any non-TV anime for that matter - we *do* and did have most of Pokémon natively dubbed!)

@Brahvim@mastodon.gamedev.place (ahh yeah i'm familiar, no worries!) noooo, what are we going to do without the sevii islands???? what's the point of pokemon anymore?????? /s oh that's awesome that you had native dubs of pokemon!! i didn't get around to watching the original series until later, but the XY(Z) series was pivotal for me growing up
