Looking for a cheap 'boombox' to replace a failing device, had a laugh at the "glue" comment in this review: "If you plan to convert from tape to MP3 or vice versa, this product is crap. As a radio, this product works fine, but as a cassette player, look elsewhere. The recording quality was extremely poor. The VU meters didn't work at all. Tape playback was poor. And to achieve that slow-moving cassette door, they practically used glue as lubricant on some gears."
