Toronto Star reports that Carney had made a deal with Ford Ford pushes for Alto project even if it is unpopular in rural Ontario where conservatives are strong. In exchange Carney was supposed to accept Billy Bishop extension Now, Carney is still popular while Ford is not, he doesn’t need the deal as much. And the by-election coming might have been compromised by this issue. #NoJetsTO
